Bio
Sandra J. Carnahan
is an Associate Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law. She holds a B.A. from the University of Arkansas, a J.D. from South Texas College of Law, and an LL.M in Health Law from the University of Houston. She teaches courses in health law and criminal procedure, and is a member of the Institutional Review Board at Baylor College of Medicine. Before coming to South Texas, Professor Carnahan was an associate with the law firm of Hutcheson & Grundy, where she practiced in the area of commercial litigation. Prior to practicing law, Professor Carnahan was a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, serving in offices in Seattle and Houston.
