When doctors have problems with addictive behavior and disabilities the Texas
Medical board tries to rehabilitate even if patient problems have occured. The Texas
Bar Attorney Disability Program has been changed and to achieve a "Disability
Suspension" has become difficult at best. Mr. Bennett will discuss this change and
others in the State Bar of Texas grievance procedure.
