This interactive session of Just Ethics will explore in some detail
the Model Standards of Conduct for Mediators. The connection, and occasional
disconnect, between mediation's core values, as expressed in these standards,
and the practice of
lawyer-mediators will be emphasized and critiqued.
This presentation will be of particular interest to lawyers who represent
clients in mediation, as well as those attorneys who serve as mediators.
