Practicing law ethically is not difficult – especially when the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct are distilled into a handful of key tenets. In this interactive session of Just Ethics, Michael Sean Quinn will share what he calls The Eleven Commandments of Legal Ethics, simple principles that any lawyer can (and should) follow to ensure an ethical practice. Lawyers who stay within the boundaries of these Eleven Commandments are very unlikely ever to be sanctioned as a result of a disciplinary dispute.
