Scholarships:
Limited, partial tuition scholarships are available for attorneys with government
agencies and nonprofit organizations. Direct written requests to Jean Zoch,

Tuition Discount for members of AIPN and HAPL:
Let us know on the registration form if you are a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) or of the Houston Association of
Professional Landmen (HAPL) and we will deduct $25 off your tuition.
Judges:
Full-time active Texas court judges and associate judges may attend for a reduced
tuition of $75. Attendance is required. Call Kimberly Smith for more information at

Refund Policy:
Refunds, less a $45.00 processing fee, are given to those who cancel
in writing by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2009. No refunds will be granted
thereafter. Course materials will automatically be shipped via UPS (please allow 3
weeks for delivery) to prepaid registrants who were not able to attend.
Substitutes are accepted.

For those who register early, course books, meals and seating will be reserved
until the start of the first presentation. Please allow one week to process
