REGISTRATION INFORMATION


State Bar of Texas MCLE Credit:
Accredited for 13.50 MCLE hours including 2.25 hours of legal ethics.

AAPL Credit:
This program has been accredited by the American Association of Professional Landmen for 13.25 RPL credits, 13.25 CPL recertification credits, which includes 2.0 Ethics credits.

Louisiana Supreme Court Credit:
This course is approved for a total of 13.50 hours of credit, including 2.25 hours of ethics, 0.0 hour of professionalism, and 0.0 hour of law office practice.

Texas Board of Legal Specialization Credit:
Accredited in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law and Real Estate Law. 

TO REGISTER:
On-line:
Fill out the Registration Form, review and submit it. On-line registrations must include an American Express, MasterCard or Visa account number and expiration date.

By Mail: Print and fill out the Registration Form and mail it to 1303 San Jacinto, Suite 1115, Houston, TX 77002. Mailed registration must be accompanied by check or money order (made payable to South Texas College of Law) or an American Express, MasterCard or Visa account number and expiration date.

By Fax: Print and fill out the Registration Form and fax it to (713) 646-1780. Faxed registrations must include an American Express, MasterCard or Visa account number and expiration date.

Scholarships:
Limited, partial tuition scholarships are available for attorneys with government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Direct written requests to Jean Zoch, Associate Director. 

Tuition Discount for members of AIPN and HAPL:
Let us know on the registration form if you are a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) or of the Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL) and we will deduct $25 off your tuition. 

Judges:
Full-time active Texas court judges and associate judges may attend for a reduced tuition of $75. Attendance is required. Call Kimberly Smith for more information at (713) 646-1757 or (800) 646-1253. 

Refund Policy:
Refunds, less a $45.00 processing fee, are given to those who cancel in writing by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 1, 2009. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Course materials will automatically be shipped via UPS (please allow 3 weeks for delivery) to prepaid registrants who were not able to attend. Substitutes are accepted. 

Registration Confirmations:
For those who register early, course books, meals and seating will be reserved until the start of the first presentation. Please allow one week to process registration. Parking:
Fannin Garage, 1112 Clay Street (between Fannin and San Jacinto) , $5.00 per day (Early-Bird Special: Enter by 9:00 a.m. and pay only $3.50) , no in-and-out privileges. Reserved parking for the disabled on floors 5, 7, 9, and 11 near the elevator.
Additional parking available at garages and surface lots near the law school.
