MCLE Credit: Accredited by the State Bar of Texas MCLE Department for 14.5 MCLE hours, including 2.75 hours of legal ethics. Accredited by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Administrative Law and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law.
AAPL Credit: Accredited by the American Association of Professional Landmen for 12 RLP CE credits and 12 CPL credits, including 1.75 ethics credits.

Course Materials on Disk: Search Easy disks will be on sale for just $39.95 (includes shipping and handling). The disk includes the course materials, the Search Easy search engine, and the installation program.
Refund Policy: Refunds, less a $45.00 processing fee,
are given to those who cancel in writing by August 13, 2002. After that date, non-attending registrants will receive the materials by UPS (please allow 3 weeks for delivery). Substitutes are accepted.
Scholarships: Limited, partial tuition scholarships are available
for attorneys with government agencies and nonprofit organizations. Direct written requests to Jean Zoch, Associate
Director.
Judges: Full-time active

Hotel Accommodations: DoubleTree Hotel, 400 Dallas Street, Houston,
TX ,(713) 759-0202. Rate is $139 per night, guaranteed until July 31, 2002. Please indicate you are attending South Texas College of Law's Energy Law Institute. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the law school, which is 7 blocks from the hotel.
Parking: Fannin Garage, 1112 Clay Street (between Fannin and
San Jacinto), $5.00 per day, no in-and-out privileges.
Reserved parking for the disabled on floors 5, 7, 9, and 11 near the elevator. Allright Parking (surface lots), 1200 San Jacinto (between Dallas and Polk), $4.50 per day. Main Street Garage, 1301 Main Street, $9.00 per day. Parking is available in garages and on surface lots near the law school.
