6th Annual Anatomy of a Family Law Case for the New Practioner

Program Description
This one-day program, consisting of presentations, interactive working sessions, and demonstrations from experienced family law practitioners and judges, is designed specifically to meet the needs of new family law practitioners. Attendees will learn how to handle a family law case in its entirety – beginning with the first meeting with the client to Final Orders – and will also receive samples of the forms attorneys need to complete for their clients and the Court.
Family Court Judges will tell attendees what they expect of attorneys who appear before them and attendees will receive practical tips designed to help them be the kind of attorney the Court Clerks and Court Coordinators like and respect.
The program concludes with a session about ways new family law practitioners can get their practices up and running – with ad litem appointments and CPS cases and appointments.
