27th Annual Family Law Conference

Program Description
The 27^th Annual Family Law Conference agenda is packed with important topics on children's issues; same sex marriage and parentage; changes to spousal support; collaborative law; managing client expectations; dealing with domestic violence; and pre- and post-divorce lender concerns.  The Conference also includes numerous sessions on litigation topics and skills: preparing for Temporary Orders; requesting and objecting to e-discovery; jurisdiction and standing; preparing clients for testifying; objections; preparing for mediation; understanding residency restrictions; tips from Court Coordinators; and trends in appellate law.  The Conference concludes with an interactive iPad Apps presentation which will be invaluable to those who already possess and rely on their iPads to improve their productivity.  Thanks to two generous sponsors, two of the attendees at this session will win their own iPad!
