rofessor Paul E. McGreal is the Harry and Helen Hutchens Research Professor at South Texas College of Law. He joined the faculty at South Texas in 1996 where he specializes in antitrust, corporate compliance and constitutional law. His recent writing includes articles published in the William & Mary Law Review, the Notre Dame Law Review, and the Fordham Law Review. Professor McGreal holds an LL.M. from Yale Law School, a J.D. from the Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate degree in
economics from Williams College.
Before joining the faculty, Professor McGreal was a litigation associate at Baker Botts, LLP. In addition to his continuing work on compliance matters, Professor McGreal is on the faculty of the Executive MBA Program at the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, where he has taught since 1999. He also teaches an upper-level Corporate Compliance seminar at South Texas.
