Corporate Compliance Center
 Danna Walton became the Director of the Corporate Compliance Center on August 1, 2006. Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Walton worked in Shell Oil Company’s Legal Department for over 31 years. In 1999 she designed a revised ethics and compliance program for Shell companies in the United States. From 1999 to 2006, Ms. Walton was a member of Shell’s Ethics and Compliance Office and worked with others in that office to develop and implement the Corporate Ethics and Compliance program for Shell. She is currently on the board of the Greater Houston Business Ethics Roundtable and is a member of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association, and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
Ms. Walton received a B.A. from Baylor University in history, math and religion. After teaching briefly, she returned to Baylor University School of Law from which she received a J.D.
