Ginna Pastrano

Ginna is responsible for the overall administration of the office. She counsels students and alumni; maintains and establishes relationships with legal employers; acts as a liaison between students, alumni and employers; and facilitates relationships between the faculty, administration and the Career Resource Center. She focuses on assisting students through establishing relationships with firms, alumni, corporations and government entities as potential employers both in Houston and beyond. She graduated from South Texas College of Law and became a member of the State Bar of Texas in 2002. Prior to joining the CRC, Ginna worked as a Legal Recruiter for a national search firm. She also practiced law in Houston for 4 years after graduation.
Maureen Whittmore

Maureen is a career counselor with the CRC and assists students with developing career goals, marketing materials and career search strategies. In addition, Maureen coordinates and oversees all aspects of the CRC Fall Recruiting Program, including making initial contact with employers, scheduling on-campus interviews and guiding students through the process. She also coordinates all aspects of job fairs and external recruiting events. Maureen graduated from Washburn University School of Law, located in Topeka, Kansas and became a member of the State Bar of Texas in 2009. Maureen also has a degree from Westfield State University in Mass Communications with concentrations in Journalism and Public & Corporate Communications as well as a minor in Political Science.
Nazleen Faizullah

Nazleen is a project coordinator with the CRC and also assists students with developing career goals, marketing materials, and career search strategies. In addition, she facilitates on-going projects and communications within the CRC. Nazleen practiced law focusing on tax issues and business transactions, working with a variety of companies and individuals. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2008, and became a member of the State Bar of Texas in November of that year. She also attended and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business in finance and marketing.

Julie is a career counselor with the CRC and assists students with developing career goals, marketing materials and career search strategies. Julie also serves as the program coordinator, arranging programs for students on topics such as resume and cover letter writing, interviewing skills, mock interviews, dressing for success, networking skills, and judicial clerkships. Prior to joining the CRC Julie worked as an attorney for the federal government in Houston. Julie has a J.D., with honors, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
