Services To Alumni

Counseling

The Career Resources Center offers a wide variety of graduate counseling. Career strategies, resume and cover letter writing, Interviewing, and job searches are just a few of the services with which we can assist you.
South Texas Attorney Job Postings
Every week we add alumni job postings. This service is available to alumni 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the internet and it provides access both legal and non-legal positions. In addition to searching employment opportunities, the job posting board will allow you to create a profile and add your resume to the system. The posting board also allows you to do large board searches within the state of Texas and around the country.
The CRC also receive over thirty alumni bulletins from law schools around the country which reference other non-local employment opportunities.

Lexis and Westlaw

Lexis and Westlaw career directories are accessible to graduates through special passwords available in the CRC.

Internet Access
Internet access is provided to graduates in the CRC. The Internet contains an abundance of opportunities and information. There are many Internet-based resume/job search banks that put graduates and legal employers in contact with each other. You are encouraged to come into the CRC and use our computers.
