Monday, August 19, 2013:  Casebook pp. 1-17

Wednesday, August 21, 2013: Casebook pp. 18-29

Please prepare a written brief for each of the cases in the 
assignment.  Be aware that you may be called on to close your book 
and your laptop and read this brief to the class, so take this 
requirement seriously.  We will be spending some time on the introductory problems in 
each chapter, so be sure to give them attention as well.
