Instructions:

The reading for the first class is Albright, Texas Courts: A Survey 
(2011-2012 edition), pp. 1-23. Thereafter, read about 23 pages for 
each class.
A new edition was in the works but didn't materialize; consequently, 
you may be able to hunt down a used copy of the 2011-2012 
edition.  (Both Professor Davis and I used this book last year.)   
If the Albright book isn't yet available in the bookstore, you can 
access a PDF of the first 75 pages on the course page on Stanley.
This is a rule-oriented course. An inexpensive rules supplement will 
be available in the bookstore. 
A copy of O'Connor's Texas Rules: Civil Trials would be useful but 
it isn't a necessity. 
Random recitation. No laptops.  Plan accordingly.
