The publisher has not yet sent the textbook to the STCL Bookstore; 
however, I have access to the first few pages of the new edition, 
and I will post them on Stanley Course Studio so that you can 
prepare your initial class assignments. Also, hopefully, the Rule 
books will be in stock shortly.  I have also posted (to a file) the 
first two weeks of the Syllabus.

and in the Bubony Textbook, please read:
