For the first class, please read the case Del Monte v. Last Chance  
on page 1 in the casebook, "Oil & Gas Cases, First Edition-2010" by 
Reed & Jones.  A video will be shown about petroleum geology.  A 
course plan will be handed out and recitation assignments for future 
class meetings will be made.
