Instructions:

Welcome to Evidence! The book we will we use is Sydney A. Beckman, et
al., Evidence: A Contemporary Approach (West, 2d ed. 2012). This book
is the only required book for this course. If you are interested in
using a supplement (which is OPTIONAL), please see the syllabus for
suggestions.

The syllabus for the class is posted on Stanley at My Courses >
Evidence > Files.

For the first week, please carefully read, study, and be prepared to
discuss the following assignments. Note that this assignment includes
two cases that are not in the casebook. Please download edited
versions of these cases from Stanley at My Courses > Evidence > Files.
(Be sure to select the Summer 2016 semester first.)
