Instructions:

Pre-Class Assignment:

1.	Purchase the Rowe v. Pacific Quad, Inc. (Plaintiff's 
materials) booklet from the bookstore.  Do NOT purchase any of the 
other booklets in the bookstore; those will be split up after class 
has begun.

2.	Carefully read the entire Rowe v. Pacific Quad booklet to 
become familiar with the case. 

3.	Come to class prepared to take the deposition of Stanley 
Schmit. You will be deposing someone playing the role of Stanley 
Schmit, and to do this you will need to plan out the questions you 
want to ask and write them down.  The depositions will begin shortly 
after class starts on Wednesday, so be fully prepared (with any notes 
or other materials) that you'll need to conduct the deposition when 
the class starts. In preparing for the class, anticipate that your 
deposition of Mr. Schmit should take about an hour.
