Richard M. Alderman, Texas Consumer Law: Cases and Materials 1-47
(2008-2009, 11th ed.)(this is a new edition)
Also read carefully the excerpts from the DTPA that are on the 
course web page on Stanley under Files.

Be sure to work through the Notes and Questions and the Problems 
(skip Problem 1).
