Instructions:

Print out and read the course syllabus, contained in the files folder of 
Course Studio on STANLEY, and pay particular attention to the 
"Expectations and Class Rules" section.  

Be prepared on pages 1-28 in the text and think about the purposes and 
functions of the U.S. Constitution. 

Also read pages 83-96 in the text, focusing on the methods of 
interpreting the U.S. Constitution, and become familiar with Professor 
Bobbitt's modalities of constitutional interpretation discussed on pages 
95-96.
