Hello, and welcome to Agency & Partnership!

For this class, you must have a copy of Rosin, McGovern, & Closen's
Agency, Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies (Carolina
Academic Press, 2d ed., 2013).  This is the best book available for
this class.  Unfortunately, the book is not printed yet, but the
publisher has allowed us to distribute the first chapters to students
in pdf format.  I have posted the pdf file on the class Stanley page
under Files.

For our first class, please study pages 1-23 of the Rosin, McGovern text.
