Get Involved

Get Involved The Advocacy Program has many opportunities for South Texas College of Law students. Whether a student is interested in focusing on advocacy through courses and extracurricular activities, or is simply looking to get his or her feet wet, the Advocacy Program offers something for everyone.

Once a student has completed the first twenty hours, opportunities for involvement are limitless. Almost everything in the Advocacy Program is open to second-year and third-year law students. Students may become involved by:

• Enrolling in Appellate Advocacy class;

• Enrolling in Mock Trial Litigation;

• Competing in intramural moot court and mock trial competitions; and

• Participating in the Summer Trial Academy.
