Beginning Tuesday, March 17 and until further notice, STCL Houston will close to outside visitors and only essential personnel will be expected to report to work. Supervisors will reach out to staff with additional information on modified operations. Staff should contact their supervisors or HR with questions. Delegate Information


All delegates are responsible for providing their own academic regalia for the ceremony. Personal belongings can be stored in the secure robing room.

Delegates should report to the STCL Houston campus by 12:30 p.m. for check-in and access to the robing room. Event staff will provide instructions for the processional. The event will begin promptly at 2 p.m.

The investiture ceremony and reception will take place at the STCL Houston campus, 1303 San Jacinto St., Houston, TX 77002.

Limited parking is available for special guests and delegates in the law school’s faculty/staff parking lot, located at Polk and Caroline St., directly behind the campus. Paid, public parking is also available in the area surrounding the law school.

You will receive your assigned processional location upon check-in. Processional line-up will begin at 1 p.m. The ceremony begins at 2 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 3 p.m.

All guests are invited to join us at a reception in the atrium immediately following the ceremony.
